Shipping via UPS
Powerline Sports is proud to offer UPS delivery service for all orders, except in the rare circumstance that UPS does not deliver to the address you provide or is more expensive than USPS.
Shipping Options for Orders
Select 2nd Business Day to get 2 business day delivery after your order has been places.
Select Store Pick-Up to get local delivery either at our NJ store or our NH store.
There can be different charges for each shipping option based on what you order.
Powerline offers real-time online order tracking from UPS & USPS where you can view the status of your order's status and shipment, with links to track your package via UPS.
Signature Requirement
For your security, UPS may require a signature at time of delivery. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives. If you cannot be at the delivery location during the business day, you may sign a UPS door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.
Delivery to Alaska, and Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
We are proud to offer 2nd Business Day to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands at no additional charge.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes
In some cases orders for shipment to P.O boxes may take longer to be approved. Since UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, these orders will be delivered via another method such as U.S.P.S.
Order Processing Time
Most phone and internet orders are approved, processes and shipped within 3-5 business days of being placed. In some cases, the distributor may delay approval due to circumstances beyond our control. If the carrier requires additional information to approve your order, we will contact you immediately via e-mail and/or phone, so when you place your order, be sure to provide an e-mail address that you check regularly.
Order Tracking
We offer real-time online order tracking where you can view the status of your order's activation and shipment, with links to track your package via FedEx.
Holiday Deliveries
UPS does not deliver on certain holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Your package will be delivered on the next regular shipping day following the holiday. For more details, see the UPS Holiday Delivery Schedule.
Out of Stock
We stock a high level of inventory to ensure rapid delivery, but on occasion, we may be temporarily out of stock on gear that is in high demand. In those circumstances, we will not hold your order to wait for an out of stock item, and you may receive your order in two shipments. Also please note that not all items are carried in house. In these cases, inventory is acquired via alternative supply channels and may cause a delay (up to 2 weeks) in the sourcing of your item. This is certainly the case where we are using international suppliers to fill your request.
If You Receive the Wrong Item
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment) via the Customer Service Center, and we will make arrangements to send a replacement promptly. Your item must be returned in the original packaging, unused and untouched.
Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment was damaged in transit, contact the Customer Service Center and we will gladly send you a replacement. Any product(s) returned must follow our Exchange / Return policy.
